Chelsea bid to have transfer ban suspended

Chelsea are seeking to have the English club's worldwide transfer ban put on hold until an appeal is heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Gael Kakuta, the player at the center of the furor, is also appealing his own suspension.
